Can a Czech citizen buy property in Italy?
Yes. Citizens of the European Union can buy property in Italy on the same terms as Italian citizens. We will gladly explain how the whole process works.
What do I need to buy?
Besides a valid ID you will need an Italian tax code (codice fiscale). We will help you obtain it and handle all the other formalities.
Do I need to speak Italian?
No. We communicate with you in your language and interpret and translate every conversation and document.
How much does the first consultation cost?
The first consultation is free and without obligation.
Who checks the property documents?
One of our staff visits the property in person and our professionals – lawyers and accountants – check that all documentation is complete and compliant with the law.
Can you help me buy at auction or directly from the owner?
Yes. Just mention it in the form and we will prepare suitable options for you.
Do you look after the property after the purchase?
Yes. We find reliable partners – craftsmen, gardeners, cleaning services and more – and, if requested, supervise the work.
Do you also work for Italians who want to buy in the Czech Republic?
